Star Students of Week 10
Coe College A+ The KoHawks in a big A-R-C Showdown with Dubuque with a dominant 32-7 win to remain unbeaten in the conference and set up the game for the title next week in Wartburg (the Knights are also perfect in the A-R-C). Quincy Drummer ran for over 300 yards (10.1 YPC) and Coe dominated on the ground with 340 yards on the day.
Grand View A+ The Vikings went to St. Ambrose in a game of unbeatens in the North Division with the regular season title on the line. Grand View once again showed their dominance and won 48-0. The shutout was impressive and the Vikings showed they are not going anywhere.

Buena Vista A The Beavers have not quit and went to Dubuque and scored 14 unanswered points in the 4th quarter to win. BV has a great shot at winning their last game at home against Nebraska Wesleyan to close out the season on a winning streak and build for 2027.
Dordt A The Defenders went on the road to Dakota Wesleyan and put up another impressive 44-17 victory. There is an 3 Way tie atop the GPAC with Dordt, Morningside and Northwestern College (all 8-1) in the Conference. Huge showdown game Dordt at Northwestern College in Orange City, IA next weekend with huge playoff implications.
Wartburg A – Just roll into Pella and roll out with a 28-7 victory. They make the difficult look easy.
Morningside A Went to Hastings and put up a workmanlike 24-9 victory for one of the top NAIA teams in the country.
William Penn A An impressive 21-7 home victory for the Statesmen and move to 7-3 on the season. We make no secret of our admiration of Coach Benavides and his staff’s work in Osky the past two seasons. Some of the best football the Statesmen have ever played over the past 120 years.
Simpson A – A double OT win over Nebraska Wesleyan on the road 57-49 is the defintion of an A paper and big win for Reed Hoskins and the Storm.
Upper Iowa B+ The Cardiac Peacocks once again put their fans through the ringer with a huge comeback and a Triple Overtime win. Our Peacock Corner Show guys have had the most exhilarating football season ride ever in Fayette.
